Scott Wiebe, Chief Executive Officer

Scott Wiebe has spent more than 22 years in various accounting, finance, management and operational roles. For the past 3 years, Scott has been CFO of Cumulus Systems and was recently promoted to CEO.

Prior to Cumulus Systems, Scott spent 6 years at Cooliris. Cooliris was backed by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, DAG Ventures, The Westly Group, and Deutsche Telekom, and was eventually acquired by Yahoo!. Prior to Cooliris, Scott spent 13 years in venture banking, most of the time with Silicon Valley Bank. At Silicon Valley Bank, Scott managed various portfolios for technology-based companies. Scott also spent time at Wells Fargo Bank in the Palo Alto Technology Group as a VP Business Development Officer.

During Scott's 22 year career, he has also been a financial and operational consultant to companies such as URX (acquired by Pinterest), Inkiru (acquired by Walmart.com) and other such technology-based companies. Scott received his MBA from Santa Clara University in 2000. Scott completed his undergraduate work at San Jose State University on a Division 1 Men's Soccer scholarship, where he was a starter for the team all four years. For the past 6 years, Scott has been the volunteer Head Coach of the JBL Adaptive Sports Program, which is a Sunday morning sports program designed to meet the needs of children with physical and/or metal disabilities.

 

Charuhas Phadke, Managing Director, Cumulus Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Charuhas Phadke has spent more than 33 years in various accounting, finance, management and operational roles. For the past 4 years, Charuhas has been COO of Cumulus Systems Pvt Ltd and was handling Accounting, HR and Administration for the Company. He was designated as Managing Director from 1st April, 2016.

Prior to Cumulus Systems Pvt Ltd, Charuhas spent 7 years at Saffronart, an online Indian Art Auction house. He was in charge of the financial system of the international companies under Saffronart umbrella. He was also instrumental in the international restructuring of Saffronart.

Prior to Saffronart he worked as Manager - Accounts with Apnaloan.com India Pvt Ltd, which was an online platform for loaons and credit cards. Prior experience was in the area of direct & indirect taxation in various companies in Mumbai & Pune.

During Charuhas' 31year career his area of work has been providing counsel and general financial information to operational business groups to drive the business plans and decision-making process - Consolidation of Accounts under IFRS at holding company level (International location) with related underlying finalisations & consolidations - Ensuring compliance with generally accepted reporting standards, legal requirements and corporate policies - Ensuring the integrity of external and internal reporting- Providing information & counsel in the areas of pricing, cost, marketing strategies, return on investment decisions and the development of overall business plans and strategies - Supporting the business control function by closing the books, analyzing variances and trends, and developing financial forecasts that are consistent with the business and management objectives of the organization - Managing the Group's banking relationship as also the Cash Flow Management to ensure adequate liquidity as well as proper utilization of the funds - Focusing on facilitating change and improvement both within finance and in the operations, supported by a well-designed and sound integrated Internal Audit system.
